I was looking for a career where I could grow exponentially and be in control of my destiny. So I decided to join a direct sales and marketing company that offered an excellent leadership program.

Since joining the company two and a half years ago, I’ve received management training and tremendous support from my colleagues. It developed my business acumen and gave me the confidence to lead a team of my own.

I enjoy this added responsibility, as I get to change people’s lives for the better by empowering them with the same incredible opportunities that I received.

Therefore, I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty which builds trust. In addition, I maintain close communication with everyone, which ensures that projects can get completed seamlessly.

I have a vision greater than myself, which includes aligning my goals with that of my teams so that we can consistently grow and become successful together. As a result, seeing others improve their fortunes and hit new heights fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not mentoring my team, I love spending quality time with my family and children. My goal is to provide for my loved ones and take care of them to the fullest.
